SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Develop new client's accounts.
-Make regular sales calls and visits (existing and prospective accounts)
-Prepare sales quotations.
-Sustain sales and development efforts with all customers
accounts assigned under his/her responsibility.
-Actively and consistently promote all products and services
of the Company.
-Assist in improving sales program, products and services
of the Company.
-Prepare timely and useful reports on sales calls and
visits for management.
-Engage in regular entertainment and promotional activities
with existing and prospective clients within corporate
polices regulations.
-Regularly inquire customer satisfaction of client's accounts
under his/her responsibility and report promptly any dissatisfaction
or dispute issues.
-Assist in bringing a diligent and satisfactory resolution to
any dispute or dissatisfaction issue with clients.
-Perform regular business intelligence activities in the market:
1) Market conditions.
2) New business opportunities.
3) Competitor's sales activities and strategies.
-Perform continuous promotional efforts to increase
market share and corporate visibility in the market.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT PROFILE
-Strong communication skills.
-Strong salesmanship skills.
-Strong industry and products knowledge (air/ocean and import
/export)
-Ability to set priorities and organize workload assigned in an efficient manner.
-Ability to apply efficient prospecting methods for
clientele development.
-Strong time management skills.
-Strong planning skills (client's visits and presentations).
-Strong organization skills.
-Ability to prepare and present professional sales
presentation.
-Knowledge of Windows based programs required: general computer
literacy including Lotus notes, Excel, Word, Powerpoint and CMS (Customer Management System).
-Background in logistics an asset.
-Must be willing to learn and grow in this position.
